Our business sources properties (generally in Devon, but has extended as far as Somerset and Cornwall) which we or our investors purchase below market value. These properties are then renovated before being resold or let out for Airbnb rentals, letting agencies or HMOs/SAs. Currently we are looking for new investors for joint ventures or to take on new properties we have available (with a finder’s fee to SB Property Group Holdings Ltd)
Our expertise in the property industry spans back to 2007 working throughout the South West of England and we have had the pleasure of training and learning with some of the most reputable organisations in our country. In addition, we work with property owners to maximise the value on their properties through our assisted selling services. We’re also looking at properties with permitted development rights.
As of now, we currently possess over 200 properties in the block management field, and an additional 150 through lettings management. We have a wealth of knowledge within the property industry. Furthermore, we cover the full spectrum of the property world from sourcing and refurbishment for investors to management for landlords. However, we would say our speciality is developing HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupation) and SA (Serviced Accommodation) for our investors.
